These Download Terms govern the delivery, access, and completion of downloads for virtual products (including
website templates, digital resources, and related files) purchased from RAIN ECOMMERCE LIMITED (“us”, “we”, or “our”)

By purchasing and attempting to download our virtual products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these
Download Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or attempt to download our products.

1. Download Delivery Process

Upon receipt of your valid order (including successful payment processing), we will deliver access to your
purchased virtual products via one of the following methods:

1.1 Immediate Download Prompt

You may be prompted to begin your download immediately after completing your order (e.g.,
via a “Download Now” button on the order confirmation page). In this case, completion of the
download (as confirmed by your device or browser) will constitute full delivery of the
purchased item(s) to you.

1.2 Download Instructions via Email

If no immediate download prompt is provided, you will receive an email from RAIN ECOMMERCE LIMITED (sent to the
email address associated with your order) containing:

  • Unique download link(s) for your purchased item(s);
  • Step-by-step instructions to complete the download;
  • Expiration period for the download link (if applicable).

For this delivery method, your receipt of the email (as confirmed by standard email delivery
protocols) will constitute full delivery of the purchased item(s) to you. It is your
responsibility to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for these instructions.

2. Download Issue Reporting Deadline

If you encounter any issue preventing you from accessing or completing your download (e.g., missing download
prompt,未收到 email, broken download link), you must contact us within 5 calendar days of your order
date to request assistance.

Important: If you do not contact us within 5 calendar days of your order date, the purchased
item(s) will be deemed received, downloaded, and fully delivered to you, and we will no longer
be obligated to provide re-delivery, link resets, or issue resolution for that order.

3. Download Limitations

To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, we may impose reasonable limitations
on download access, including:

  • A maximum number of download attempts per order (typically 3-5 attempts);
  • An expiration period for download links (typically 7-14 days from the order date);
  • Restrictions on concurrent downloads from multiple devices.

Any such limitations will be clearly stated in the order confirmation or download instructions email. Exceptions
to these limitations may be granted at our sole discretion, but only if requested within the 5-day issue
reporting deadline.

4. Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements
to complete the download, including:

We are not liable for download failures caused by insufficient technical requirements on your end.

and our general Terms and Conditions, these Download Terms will prevail with respect to download-related
matters.
